My name is Maria and I have been passionate about Italian food since I was little,

I was born to Italian parents living in England.

We moved to Australia in the early 70's when I was fifteen which is where I met my husband,

married and had one daughter Tina, who is now married and living on the Gold coast

After my marriage broke up I met a wonderful man named Lou who is from the Veneto region in Italy

and I am now happily remarried and enjoying our life together.
