Tuesday 21st December
Spaghetti aglio e olio
We'll be making fresh spaghetti, and then we'll serve them with a wonderful sauce made with olive oil garlic parsley a little chilli breadcrumbs and freshly grated pecorino romano cheese a wonderful taste sensation.
melanzane piene
oven baked eggplants stuffed with mince eggplant flesh fresh breadcrumbs cheese and eggs topped with a napoli sauce and cheese and baked till soft served with a green salad.
Biscotti
These traditional biscuits are full of mixed nuts part baked then cut into slices and baked again then half are dipped in melted chocolate. Served with cappuccino's.
 Tuesday 4th January
Traditional sweets
Classic Tiramisu
Layers of sponge fingers soaked with coffee and marsala and layered with a marscapone cheese cream.
Amaretti biscuits.
Soft chewy mounds of almond meal eggs and suger, delicious and very moor-ish.
Crostoli
Deep fried crispy pastry ribbons with a hint of lemon and grappa sprinkled with icing sugar, and you also teach you how to make espresso coffee the italian way with a caffettiera.

Thursday 6th January
Caponata
A wonderful vegetable dish that can be eaten hot or cold, consisting of eggplants onions celery capsicums tomatoes and black olives, served with crusty italian bread.
Chicken and spinach cannelloni
Fresh pasta sheets filled with chicken spinach and ricotta cheese then rolled into tubes and covered with a delicious creamy cheese sauce
Torta di mele al burro
A delicious buttery apple cake with many layers of sweet sliced apples sandwiched together with very little cake batter a fruity afternoon treat, beautiful with cappuccino's.
 Saturday 8th January
Mozzarella fritta
Take a bite out of these delicious deep fried mozzarella slices coated in breadcrumbs and herbs and the oozing cheese will stretch out with each bite served hot with a tomato onion and basil salad.
Lasagna bolognese
learn how to make fresh lasagna sheets, a rich bolognaise sauce and then how to create the traditional lasagna, layers of fresh pasta with a delicious meaty sauce topped with a tomato and cheese sauce baked until golden and piping hot. The best lasagna you will ever taste
Salame di cioccolata
This after dinner sweetmeat resembles a salami in shape hence the name, Its very rich made with chocolate biscuit crumbs eggs and flaked almonds. Sliced very thinly and served with espresso and amaretti liqueur.
